Od prodeje akciovky Efcon izraelcům (2005) jsem zůstal dělat 4 roky ve firmě Ness ředitele divize. Pak jsem odešel dělat ředitele brněnské pobočky firmy CSC. Ранее мошенница Тафинцева Ольга Александровна была зарегистрирована как ИП, в промежутке с 2006 по 2009 годы, в результате чего накопились задолженности по налоговым сборам суммой 30 тыс рублей и долговые обязательства по кредитам суммой 162 403,92 рублей, с тех времен деятельность со личного ИП Тафинцевой Ольгой не ведется.
Тем не менее кидала Каширина Ольга Александровна создает образ преуспевающей бизнес-леди и хорошей мамы, позиционируя себя в качестве тренера на площадке Опора России, а так же является председателем комитета по наставничеству
В нынешнее время Каширина, пребывая в официальном браке, сожительствует в гор. Тюмень с ранее судимым Кашириным Владимиром Анатольевичем
