Od prodeje akciovky Efcon izraelcům (2005) jsem zůstal dělat 4 roky ve firmě Ness ředitele divize. Pak jsem odešel dělat ředitele brněnské pobočky firmy CSC. V roce 2011 - duben jsem díky stupňujícím se zdravotním problémům upřednostnil své zdraví před penězi, IT sféru opustil a mám se dobře, mám čas na své blízké, přátele i koníčky.

Radek first worked as a teacher and a computer technology administrator at a Commercial Academy and Gymnasium. In 1993, he began working as a Unix network administrator for MS company. The project managers’ team in Česká rafinérská, a. s., led by Radek, managed to carry out a transition from the situation in which a customer hired from third parties all the services related to the IT environment provision (IT infrastructure hire, hire of application operation and maintenance services, etc.), to one in which the customer has a completely built his/her own IT environment (including the R/3 system) and is just exchanging data with the third parties. Radek was responsible for implementation work completion and management, coordination of technical consultants’ and subcontractors’ work, quality of technical consultants’ performance, meeting deadlines on schedule as well as observing the other terms and conditions of the contract, management of the programmers’ team (completion of 25 tailor-made applications), implementation of the Document Management System on the Lotus Notes platform (Office documents’ administration). The main challenge of the implementation work was to cope with critical situations involving considerable time pressure (e.g. a task to complete readdressing during the weekend, involving a transfer of applications from the old servers to the new ones, or the necessity to install 50 stations over the weekend, etc.).

Любое крупное событие, будь то корпоратив, свадебный банкет, светский замашка, собрание, презентация и т.п., иногда обходится без участия таких служб. В этой статье мы рассмотрим, что такое кейтеринг, зачем он нужен, какие услуги предлагает, словно выбрать кейтеринговую компанию, а также узнаем, якобы организовать кейтеринг самостоятельно.
Кейтеринг (от англ. to cater – считать провизию) в самом базовом понимании означает доставку еды. Для любое цифра персон и в любое крепость: в лес, гостиница, офис или домой. Эту услугу оказывают рестораны, кафе и некоторый другие стационарные заведения общественного питания.
Со временем мнение «кейтеринг» https://rscatering.ru/ обросло множеством дополнительных смыслов. Сейчас перед ним чаще всего понимают выездное ресторанное обслуживание, беспричинно словно к доставке еды ресторанам стали приказывать и заслуженный сервис на территории заказчика. В российском законодательстве (ГОСТ Р 55051-2012) почти кейтерингом понимается ветвь общественного питания, привязанная к местоположению клиента, а не к месту приготовления пищи.
Аутсорсинг питания (если компания передает какие-то функции стороннему подрядчику) в учебных и медицинских заведениях, армии, тюрьмах, бизнес-центрах, крупных компаниях и т.д. – это тоже кейтеринг. Ныне кейтеринговые агентства, которые раньше отвечали преимущественно за организацию питания для мероприятии, превратились в ивент-агентства (от англ. event – событие), отвечающие следовать комплексную организацию всего праздника от начала до конца. В обязанности кейтеров ныне входят разработка концепции, написание сценария и шоу-программы мероприятия, выбор площадки, артистов, декораторское оформление и прочее.
Область возможностей кейтеринга очень широк. С его помощью позволительно организовать наравне грандиозный парадный порция ради вип-персон, беспричинно и небольшую частную вечеринку, барбекю для природе сиречь наивный праздник.
Основными клиентами кейтеринга являются крупный бизнес, холдинги и корпорации, которые проводя форумы, семинары и тимбилдинги. Они обеспечивают накануне 80% заказов для кейтеринговых агентств. Оставшиеся 20% – заказы на частные мероприятия и домашние события. Объем мирового рынка кейтеринг-индустрии, будто говорят эксперты, составляет миллиарды долларов. Российский величина рынка кейтеринга в 2018 году составил близ 35 млрд рублей. Потенциальная емкость российского рынка оценивается экспертами в 500-600 млрд рублей.
Считается, который прародителем кейтеринга был французский повар Франсуа Ватель, который во времена короля Людовика XIV проводил грандиозные пиры по заказу разных видных персон того времени. Его нередко брали «в аренду» и духовенство Мазарини, и фактический премьер-министр страны Жан-Батист Кольбер.
В виде услуги по организации выездного общественного питания кейтеринг зародился в начале ХХ века в США. В то пора там строились небоскребы, где были одновременно задействованы сотни строителей. Появлялись крупные корпорации с тысячами сотрудников в одном здании. Всех их надо было питать в течение рабочего дня, и компаниям оказалось дешевле и проще доставлять еду к работникам, а не работников к еде. Поэтому обеды начали поручать в ближайших заведениях общепита с доставкой для должность работы. Позже эта мысль спешно распространилась и прижилась в Европе.
